Reach Forge: Pinball

I had this idea a while ago, create a map designed off of the idea of "pinball spartans". The concept was proposed by Sean, 300% speed, 100% jump, 50% gravity with infinite evade on. The map i came up with involves a pinball course, a map 4grid high, on a 15*24grid base. The glass roof would be made of the grids, creating an easy glass feel. The 3 issues i face are simple to see, but annoying for map making.
1) How to set up spawns so that players spawn like a pinball, in a tunnel outside of the regular feild WITHOUT creating a cluster of kills within this tube. my 2 solutions are to have 2 tubes so players can spawn on random sides OR have players spawn on man-cannons, to get them out automatically
2) The map has to be set on a 30'angle, so that i can roll killballs and golfballs down. This is more of an issue that at an angle, the peices wont snap-to quite as well, and i really dont have the time to do it
3) i have to set the killball and golfball spawns so they roll down, bounce around, then exit the map. Although this is a trial and error issue, it will be a constant pain when i am designing the map as i have to leave room for bouncing.

one day I'll make this map, and for those of you wondering, the gametype is called "the most dangerous game" and involves headshot only kills with highspeed needle-rifle rounds.
